RFCA – Flavor Balancing with Raw Foods

Join us for a fun class on how to flavor balance with raw foods using salad dressings. Flavor balancing is essential to any culinary practice. Once you understand flavor balancing, you can adjust recipes to suit your taste, fix recipes and create your own flavor combination.
