RFCA – Raw Food Culinary Academy Cookalong

Join us for a Sunday lunch “Cook”-along!
We are going to make one of the recipes from the course – The Ultimate Raw Chili.
Before the class starts, complete the following prep:
- Coconut Corn Tortillas (have these already made)
- Soak and dehydrate 1/2 cup of walnuts
- Thaw 1/4 cup corn kernels in the fridge overnight
- Soak 1/2 cup cashews for 2 hours (morning of class)
Make sure you do all your shopping and have everything you need so that we can make the components together. I will be going at my own pace; feel free to follow along or make the recipe after class.
